With decades of experience as an educator and a paramedic, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who offers individual therapy and consultations for groups, organizations, and businesses about communication, leadership, and employee morale. I also provide seminars, lectures, and interactive presentations for schools, groups, and companies on various topics from mental health and wellbeing to burnout and coping with trauma.
